The Exploring Solutions Past Research Fellowship is designed to support promising undergraduates, recent graduates, graduate students, and aspiring professionals in their efforts to create and execute interdisciplinary projects in accord with objectives and goals of Exploring Solutions Past. The Fellowship encourages creativity while providing invaluable work experience across diverse disciplines.  We are currently accepting proposals for creative and unique projects.  Join our network, become a Känan K’aax Sister Garden!

Our Sister Garden network is one of support and learning, sharing resources, and spreading awareness and guidance for forest gardening.

Our goal is to help connect gardens in our network to each other and to our model Känan K’aax school garden in Belize.  This is a network for sharing and supporting forest gardening principles that sustainable gardening practices.  Community and school gardens are encouraged to join! Learn more >

Become an Ambassador Teach Workshops in Your Community

Become an ambassador of Exploring Solutions Past by participating in our training course and hosting workshops in your own community. Dr. Anabel Ford offers regular training programs on “Why the Maya Forest Holds the Keys to Saving the Planet”.  This training enables you to go into your communities to educate others about Maya forest gardening, and how these practices offer sustainable alternatives to our conventional trajectories.
